I don't open Figma to figure things out. I open Figma when I already know what needs to happen.

Three years designing SaaS, Fintech, and InsurTech products taught me one thing clearly — the interface is never the real problem. The real problem is always underneath it. Hidden in how users think, where they hesitate, and what makes them trust something enough to keep using it. That's what I design for.

Not screens. Not components. Not deliverables. Moments where something complex suddenly feels obvious.

I study behavioral psychology, decision-making under pressure, and systems thinking — because great UI/UX isn't decoration. It's applied understanding of how people actually work. I also have a strong opinion about design systems — I don't build them by default.
